1. Immediate Delivery & Onboarding Timeline

We value your momentum. Because our services are structured to deliver rapid results, our onboarding process begins immediately upon receipt of payment:

• Weekday Purchases (Monday to Friday): Our team will contact you within 24 hours with your custom next steps and system access.
• Weekend or Holiday Purchases: Our team will contact you within 48 hours with your custom next steps and system access.

2. Client Responsibilities & Active Execution

To achieve maximum ROI from your investment, your active participation and execution are essential. By purchasing our specific frameworks, you agree to:

• Maintain full responsibility for reviewing, personalizing, and finalizing all business documents and tools provided.

3. Strict Refund and Exchange Policy

5. Appointment & Rescheduling Policy

For all scheduled strategy calls or sessions, we require at least 48 hours' advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without proper notice will be forfeited and count toward your program total.
